Friday Night Bowling

This past Friday, Adam and I met up with some friends at Local Burger in Northampton for dinner. They have mega delicious burgers there!! Adam and I both had the grass fed (local beef) burger with cheese, lettuce, and pickles. We shared a side order of fries. By the time the food came we were too hungry and I just couldn't wait to snap a pic of our food, I'm sorry for the lack of gratuitous burger photos. :)

After we stuffed ourselves with burgers and fries, we headed off to the bowling alley. Adam got the ball rolling (har har)...

Then me... yeah, I hammed it up for the camera before I did my thing. Don't ask what I'm doing in the shot on the right, I have no idea. It looks like something out of The Big Lebowski (oy!). I am however sporting my mom's sweet blue suede bowling shoes from the 60's (my bowling staple).

At some point Adam got a turkey, which seriously amazed us all! Who knew my husband was so good at bowling? Not me.

We had a great time and can't wait to go out again! Bowling has to be one of my favorite get together activities. It's always fun, most everyone can participate (or just enjoy hanging out) and who doesn't like having fun with friends!?
